DOES THIS RESONATE? ?? It was 2019 and I was brand new to the world of payments. I couldn’t get my head around a bunch of things…. Here’s some of um. 1?? Why was there so many “self employed” independent sales agents only representing one/two acquirers or ISOs 2?? Why was there not a product that these agents could use for the whole of market 3?? Why would an ISO place minimums on these agents in order to build a business 4?? Why would these companies continually move the goal posts for the agents. 5?? Why wound these companies not be 100% honest around the money they are making and what could be shared and open it up to them 7?? Why do they all concentrate on “industry leading commissions” rather than innovation to improve merchant experience 8?? Why are the agents not able to price how they seem fit for each merchant, if they are truly self employed? 9?? Why is there no platform so agents can see the status of their application through to completion ?? Why is there no retention play so agents can see what’s happening when their customer is looking to leave 1??1??
