The property is located along the "Overweight Corridor" and provides immediate access to the Ports of LA and Long Beach and to the 110, 405 and 710 fwys. The property features a 2,500 sq. ft. office and warehouse structure on approximately 1 acre of land with M3 zoning, the heaviest industrial zoning in Los Angeles. Newfront found creative and practical solutions to challenges that arose during diligence and was able to close on the property timely and efficiently. ? NewFront acquired the property all-cash and repositioned the property to include more?modern functional features.
