On Monday, I had the opportunity to participate and present in the Out Leaders meeting hosted by our partner, The New Pride Agenda. It was a great session to discuss the important work we’re doing at Citi to advance LGBTQIA+ inclusion. Thank you, Ashton Giese, The New Pride Agenda, for the invitation, Doug Wirth, CEO of Amida Care, for moderating the panel, and Maurice Joshua, BMO, for sharing your great work at BMO! We explored crucial topics, including the benefits of LGBTQIA+-affirming workplaces for business and the economy, the impact of role models and visibility in the workplace, and how companies are attracting LGBTQIA+ talent and creating inclusive products for our clients.
