Our PROPS (People Recognizing Other People's Success) awards are a quarterly peer recognition program, which allows our staff to recognize their peers for going above and beyond the call of duty. Today we highlight: Yoline Morinvil, Assistant, People & Organization. Yoline created a new program called Oasis, which is a series of focus groups. Yoline facilitates groups of Gen Z employees to get together and have a space for their voice to be heard. When one of the speakers for Transformational Tuesdays (part of the Fellows masterclass programming) backed out at the last minute, Yoline agreed to step in. She prepared a special session for the Fellows, created a new script, and guided the conversation with the Fellows and former fellows. The Fellows rated this program one of their fan favorite Transformational Tuesday sessions. Congrats Yoline!

Congratulations Yoline I know how proud you must be. I remember when I received this award during my employment at Njpac and it felt good to know that I had such support from my peers
