Interesting new guidance from the CIPD, which is worth reading. It states that, "no two brains are alike." I think that should probably say "no two brains are identical." Perhaps it's just the lawyer in me but if brains are not like each other isn't the word "brain" meaningless? My bed-side table is very different to my dining table but the word "table" has meaning because they are alike. #hrsupport #humanresources
