To identify your values, examine the decisions that you make. If you find yourself always hosting events then you value community. If you can't work in a noisy environment then you value order. If you find yourself unwilling to break any rules then you probably value discipline.

Quick question: How much does building trust and credibility matter these days? The answer: Hugely. The best way to build trust? Community. People trust people like them. So create community by: 1. Building relationships 2. Be consistent 3. Nurture community content And in the words of Simon Sinek, "people don't buy what you do, they buy why you do it." Community is the answer to that "why". It creates a narrative and aligns people with a common goal. It makes them feel heard and appreciated. If you want to build trust, the only way is to make community-building a priority.
