This virtual course is scheduled on Saturday, March 22, 2025 from 8:30am – 4:30pm and geared for first time homebuyers who will be purchasing within one year, are currently in escrow or wanting to get a better understanding of the homebuying process. This HUD Approved Class is $25 per person with registration deadline three days prior to the scheduled course. Key information on budgeting, credit, lending, real estate process, title, insurance and down payment assistance are covered.
