?? Primo is now SOC 2 Type II Certified! ?? From Day 1, our ambition has been clear: build a culture of security, compliance, and trust. Achieving SOC 2 Type II reflects our commitment to providing the highest standards of security and reliability. We know this is a challenge many of our customers face. Going through this process ourselves was an opportunity for some serious dogfooding — using our own tools to experience firsthand the benefits of integrating MDM with HR data to streamline compliance. Spoiler alert: it really does make life easier! Security and compliance are moving targets, and we know things won’t get easier as we scale. But we’re doing it with the best foundations possible.

ISO27001 Myths: 24: “ISO27001 certification is expensive” Not true. But then it depends on your definition of expensive. Compare it the cost of dealing with a breach or losing customers or not getting customers or being fined or the business going bust. But of course none of these could actually happen. Do you feel lucky? Your decision. Of course ISO27001 cannot guarantee that you won't get an information security incident but if done properly can help reduce the likelihood and/or impact of such incidents. Do you know what makes a SOC2 report useless???? ... A useless auditor. FACT: Your entire security validation depends on the quality and rigor of ONE person's opinion. That "clean" SOC2 report? It's only as good as the auditor who signed it. The same controls that pass with flying colors per Auditor A might crash and burn with Detailed Auditor B. Why? Because your auditor decides: If your evidence is "good enough" What systems actually matter How deep to dig into your processes When to push back on your controls So when vendors wave their SOC2 around, remember: It's not about HAVING a report.
