Understanding the importance of developing a strategy and a comprehensive strategic plan is crucial for organizations to achieve their goals effectively. However, the challenge often lies in the execution phase. How can we transition our Catholic schools in WNY from having purpose and strategy to successful implementation? How do we ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with a common purpose and strategy? Moving from planning to execution is a complex process, but I have faith in the unity and commitment of the Catholic schools in WNY and the community. Basically, the project is proposing to force people into poverty, by forcing them to have kids whether they want to or not, whether they can afford to or not— to raise up an underclass of serfs to do whatever they are told, by a religious billionaire-class theocracy. This is exactly an exploitation of people’s religious beliefs. It’s blasphemous with respect to Christianity, a tradition that it pretends to uphold and respect. In the Training Room, some of the key tools for discipleship are used in training our trainers A training model and instructional design approach that teaches christian leaders how to train others. * Modeling: Jesus had his disciples watch him talk, preach, heal, perform miracles, pray, and confront religious hypocrisy. * Calling them to commitments: Jesus held his disciples accountable. * Challenging them: After the disciples had watched Jesus, he challenged them to put what they had observed into practice.
