North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association的动态

North Carolina Veterinary Medical Association had an amazing delegation at last week's AVMA (American Veterinary Medical Association) Veterinary Leadership Conference in Chicago. Attendees took part in classes focused on developing leadership skills, and attended district caucus and House of Delegate sessions to see how decisions are made at the national level. When not in session, they had the opportunity to network with leaders from other state and national organizations. Pictured, left to right: Dr. Rachel Sassone, DVM, CVA, District 4 rep and Claire Holley Leadership Grant recipient; Dr. Karyn Smith, DVM, MPH, in-coming president; Dr. Paige Harrington, DVM, vice-president; Jennifer Kendrick, Executive Director; Dr. Shannon Foy, AVMA alternate delegate for NC; and Dr. Liliya Nusbaum, recent graduate representative. Other board members also present at the conference, but not pictured, were Dr. Steven Stelma, AVMA delegate for North Carolina and Dr. Katharine Holder, District 4 representative.
