Craig Mattingly addressed Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps unit Commanding Officers at the annual NROTC Business Meeting in Rosemont, Illinois, where leaders gathered to discuss opportunities to enhance the NROTC mission. Sometimes even if the leader knows certain things or perhaps understands everything about the job (which I believe is impossible)*, it is good for him to delegate or pretend that he knows less than it might look like, it might teach the team an example of leadership and inclusion beyond them, as they already know the leader's capabilities. Leaders can also learn from the team! ##PraticeLeadership
