Take space when needed, journal, practice pranayama/breathwork and movement. Cultivate relationships where you feel safe enough to express your emotions. ???????????? ??????? - You are allowed to refuse invitations, step away from unhealthy situations, walk away from draining relationships, have the me-time you need to unwind and say no to what doesn’t feel good. As you evolve, surround yourself with people whose company feels more energising, understanding and empowering to you. ??????????????? ??????? - Do what gets your creative juices flowing! This can look like doing things differently or trying new things altogether! I use a different technique called 'feeling it all.' Instead of avoiding or suppressing strong bursts of emotions—those intense feelings that not everyone can understand—I choose to feel and release them in a manageable way. Rather than stepping aside from the emotion, why not meditate with it? Feel it fully and ask yourself: What are its roots? Dive deep into the origin of these feelings and allow yourself to understand them. Embrace them as part of who you are, knowing that every emotion is part of a natural process. Even the feelings we resist, or dislike are deserving of our love and attention. By fully experiencing these emotions, we learn from them and allow them to be released. Love all parts of yourself, including the emotions that challenge you. Feel them deeply, understand that they are passing through, and once you’ve acknowledged and processed them, release them. Breathe. Repeat this practice until you feel calmer, more aligned, and more loving toward yourself. If the feelings aren’t yours to carry, feel them, then release. This is what I do—honor the process, feel, learn, and let go.
