See 'This job is open to' for eligibility We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Park Manager to lead and oversee the full range of operations and management programs for our park. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about natural and cultural resource management, visitor services, and organizational leadership. Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, develop, and evaluate park operations and resource management programs. Supervise program managers, set priorities, and allocate resources for efficient operations. Coordinate land and resource planning with federal, state, and local agencies, as well as private landholders. Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve common goals. Provide strategic leadership, set organizational vision, and represent the park in communications with public officials, organizations, and the community. Oversee visitor services, including interpretive programs, special events, and cultural partnerships. Manage fiscal programs to support park operations and resource protection, utilizing various funding sources. Ensure proper facility management, including maintenance of buildings, roads, trails, and other assets. Oversee law enforcement functions to protect both visitors and resources. ?? I want to take a moment to spotlight some of the incredible maintenance techs and property managers who have been hired through The Liberty Group and are thriving with various companies. Helping place these individuals is why I do what I do. Staffing isn't just about filling a position with a "body"—it's about making a real difference in someone's life while also helping businesses run smoothly. This job is more than just matching people with roles. It’s about helping individuals who need a chance to support their families, often during difficult times. I am deeply passionate about helping people—sometimes too passionate, haha!—because at the end of the day, the people we place are humans with needs and dreams, just like you and me. They deserve respect and an opportunity to succeed. Not everyone is working solely for a paycheck. Yes, financial stability is important, but many are looking for a place where they can grow and contribute. No one enjoys jumping from job to job, and being able to connect someone with a long-term opportunity is incredibly fulfilling for me and my team. Let me share a story that’s close to my heart. One of the individuals we placed is actually a personal friend of mine. He wanted to change careers and had no previous experience in maintenance. However, he was extremely handy, smart, and willing to learn. He came to me for advice, and I encouraged him to give it a try, believing he would excel. Fast forward three years, and he’s now the Maintenance Supervisor! His property manager even said, "He is the property!" But here's the thing—if we had relied solely on his resume, he likely wouldn't have been given a chance. His experience didn’t fit the “ideal maintenance tech” profile. That’s why it’s so important to sometimes look beyond a resume and give people a shot. I'm not saying that we're perfect or that we always have the best candidates right off the bat. But I do believe in the potential of each individual we place. So, I encourage you to give us a try. You never know what talent you might be passing up by overlooking staffing candidates or "temps."
