What happens when as law students and newly enrolled advocates, we are asked whether we will defend the bad guy? Do we step back? Do we take it? Are we becoming bad by choosing to defend the wrong guy? This article, orginially a classroom discussion, talks about TRUTH AND PERSPECTIVE, just as the title suggests.
