You'll lead the evolution of marketing strategy by planning, projecting and measuring performance. You'll use customer, channel, business and competitor insights to support Walmart’s Business & Enterprise strategy ?? You'll develop disciplines to help Marketing deliver our long term goals, reporting to Brittney Duke. This role requires working in Bentonville, AR or Hoboken, NJ offices - it's not remote. ?? We'll be wowed if you have: ?? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 4 years' experience OR 7 years' experience in marketing or related field. Plus, at least a year's supervisory experience. ?? Experience with elevating the everyday for our customers. ?? A love for our Walmart customer that translates into winning strategies. ?? Strong relationship-building skills. ?? An agile mindset. ?? A bias to promote the business and connect brand health to business growth. ?? Problem-solving skills and a love for growth and challenge. ?? Skills to use data and insights for informed decisions and actions. ??
