Who are the winners in the marketplace? The winners are value innovators who dare to break obsolete rules, and love to address creative challenges. EXAMPLE I need to introduce my disruptive global mega-innovation - Innompic Planet of Loving Creators - to prospective partners frequently. So do my teammates and co-founders. One of them - Dr. Z, the founder of Innompics USA Inc. - is burning with a desire to launch TV series on the Planet of Loving Creators and its heroes from various countries. Dr. Z is to pitch some famous TV studios soon. I'm helping Dr. Z to create the first-impression one-page synopsis. Below is the second slide of our one-page synopsis. Watching adventures of my favourite superheroes (Spider-Man, Iron Man, Daredevil and Cyclops - if anyone would like to ask) and being disappointed about lack of real endings for particular series. That's why decision about continuation of X-Men as X-Men 97' makes my hearth warm and watching episodes every Wed (accidently the same as my posts are published... or is it some kind of destiny?) is totally enjoyable and gives me feeling as I'm child again. Regardless from some people feeling that comic books or related to them stories are just stupid, I really feel that we can learn a lot from there. One of the biggest thing is a need for cooperation and all of "together we're strong" cases with perfect examples from X-Men or Fantastic Four or different types of Avengers Team-Ups. Depending on who are our favourite superheroes fighting and which villain wants to destroy world this time, there is a need to use different skills to win and what's impossible for solo character could be easily achieved with common goal and cooperation. And... isn't it perfect definition of portfolio management for VPPs? Depending on kind of grid supporting service, we need to team-up different types of resources, with different skills and strengths. Sometimes we need asset which is speed, but cannot last long time, but sometimes there is a need for something completly opposit. And what's really strong is possibility to use different powers depending on situation. So, dear collegaues who are also involved into this business, let's remember in time of next dispatch to shout loud "Avengers Assemble" before saving the grid, but also have in mind that with great power comes great responsibility ;)

Is Deadpool, Marvel Jesus? I typically reserve my LinkedIn for professional musings, yet I couldn't help but share something that strikes a perfect chord between personal passion and industry buzz. As a self-proclaimed Marvel Entertainment fan (a quick peek at my profile video will confirm!), the recent unveiling of the Deadpool trailer has me more excited than I've been post-Endgame. Marvel's journey has been a rollercoaster of highs and, let's admit, some lows (looking at you, Thor: Love and Thunder). But the Deadpool and Wolverine team-up? That's a cinema ticket already bought. Why the excitement? Deadpool has always been a favourite of mine, a close second to Iron Man. The return of Hugh Jackman as Wolverine only adds to the anticipation. But it's more than just fan service; I believe Deadpool's humour and fourth-wall-breaking antics could be the tonic Marvel needs to refresh its narrative and correct past missteps. Could Deadpool be the MCU's saving grace, a bridge to not only entertain but also to cleverly retcon and enhance the overarching story? This collaboration, spotlighted in the latest trailer, isn't just a thrilling prospect for fans. It represents an opportunity for Marvel to reignite its creative spark, leveraging Deadpool's unique position to intertwine narratives, engage new and old audiences, and perhaps, pave the way for a more interconnected and revitalized universe.
