Congratulations to Kara Myers, SHRM-CP on receiving our Core Values Leadership Award! This award was created and voted on by NBCF's Officer Team in order to recognize her incredible efforts in supporting NBCF employees at every turn. As HR Manager, Kara utilizes her harmony and empathy skills to champion every employee and ensure everyone has the support and resources they need to succeed. Kara's vision for NBCF allows #TeamHope to keep moving forward. Not only has Kara's behind-the-scenes work helped us win Dallas Business Journal's Best Place to Work designation this year, but it also has allowed us to continue to receive multiple awards, participate in newly created manager development programs, and hire 17 new roles in the past year.
