With typical upper crossed posture, the lower cervical spine sits in flexion, the upper in extension. The lower cervical extensors get deconditioned over time. Strengthening the lower extensors can be super helpful not only for posture, but for pinched nerves, breathing, thoracic outlet syndrome, and even carpal tunnel syndrome.
