Yesterday, I attended the LIVE (!) call with amazing Cassie Kozyrkov, who shared her journey into #AI. Cassie is the person who inspired me to pursue a career in #datascience. Back in the day, her free YouTube course, “Making Friends with Maschine Learning” gave me my first insights into data science. My main takeaways: ?? AI has been around for many decades. First, it was about automating things; then, it enabled us to make predictions, and now, it can also generate content. ?? The field of AI is vast; no human knows everything about AI, and everyone has their understanding of it depending on where they've encountered it. ?? Today more than ever, anyone can be anything - with large language models and numerous tools available, anyone can code, learn at 10x speed, create content, automate, and build products and solutions. The main ingredient for success is understanding how to be useful and being that.
