But you are free to focus your attention anywhere you want to. You can either focus on the thorns or change your focus to look at the flowers. Focusing on the thorns lowers your vibration whereas focusing on the roses raises it. Similarly, even in life, you always have a choice on where you focus your attention. You can either focus it on things that drain you or focus it on empowering things that help you rise higher. In the midst of a problem, you can either focus on the problem or focus on finding the solution. A simple change of focus, changes everything.

The bird represents you, and the rope represents your power, your self-control, your decisions. Notice how the bird which is meant to fly can not fly cos its wings are tied and it's standing at the edge of the plank where it could easily die if it dares move? Normally that is no place a bird can't fly over. But because its wings are tied, it is forced to look for a way to survive which is sadly, the worst way cos it could not end well for it. This is what happens when you let people easily get to you with their problems. You give them your power. When you let the things they say get the best of you, when you allow the things they do affects you, when you give them the reaction they want out of you each time they intentionally provoke you, you are indirectly GIVING AWAY YOUR POWER. And If you don't have that control of yourself, you can't control anything around you. If you can't control how you react to certain things, then you have chosen to set yourself up for ruin cos trust me, whatever people know that you don't like, it's what they will continue to do. Learn to ignore certain things, it makes them look stupid. Learn to laugh when they intend to make you cry, it makes them angry. Snub whatever actions they do just to draw your attention, it makes them look petty and pained. Do not give away your power

As we head towards the weekend, I want to share this photo. This is a mulberry tree. As I was looking at this tree, I could relate. There is more than likely something else going on with this tree. When I see this tree, the mulberries are small, but when a tree or plant exceeds its window of tolerance, it has to compensate to survive. I can relate to this tree. I have parts of me that believe I can take on one more thing. When I take on one more thing, I can hear the parts say we got this; the impact will not be too much. Then, before I know it, I look like that tree. I am negotiating with my system by saying if we can only make it to this date. This is where I live in survival. -Does any of this feel familiar? -What do you hear yourself saying to yourself when you take one more thing? -How does your body react when you take on one more thing? -By taking on more things, what is the hope? -By not taking it on, what is the fear?

Some non-technical suggestions: If you feel lonely and do not get loving relations of family members, friends, colleagues, students, teachers, people like your family and friends, your daughter like, your son like, like your parents, aunts, uncles then you only the reason. You lag positive energy of love, affection, respect, courage, knowledge, integrity, loyalty, trust which others need or like to get from you. No one wish to see a child sitting like an old man, a dirty sun in morning, a man like a begger of energy. An old man with ample affections, knowledge always surrounded by so many relations. No one wish to loose anything specially positive energy. To gain all such positive energies you need to be alone and develop such energies. When you have these then all will come to you to get your warm company but if you don't have these energies then even if you go to meet others, all will go away.
