Is it time to advance spine fusion beyond traditional pedicle screws ? Case of a 61-year-old patient with chronic back pain and neurogenic claudication presented with degenerative disc and facet disease, along with foraminal stenosis at L4-5. After failing nonoperative treatments, an L4-5 decompression and fusion with FacetFuse was performed. The patient experienced a full recovery and showed solid facet fusion at 1 year follow-up.
