Thank you NAIOP Wisconsin for hosting the Evoni Apartment tour as part of the Development Showcase series! It is a BEAUTIFUL building with views of the city and an ideal location across from the Summerfest grounds. It’s outward resemblance of the Milwaukee Third Ward characteristics perfectly captures how full of life this apartment building is!
