My mission is to help 80 million baby boomers have a worry-free retirement by ensuring they never run out of money. I believe that securing enough guaranteed lifetime income is crucial for a successful retirement. Instead of focusing on the rate of return on investments, I emphasize the importance of having guaranteed lifetime income and mitigating retirement risks related to inflation, withdrawal rates, and market fluctuations. In retirement, the longevity risk can be most significant concern. Baby boomers face the "retirement danger" of boredom and financial uncertainty in their golden years. Traditional retirement plans like investments, real estate, etc. have failed many boomers due to economic volatility. The MOST viable path for boomers to generate retirement income is to create principal-less interest through residual, product-based cash flow. Based on how much you’re currently saving/investing each month, how long will it take you to put away $1,200,000???. Do you know that’s how much you’ll need assuming a 5% return in order to receive $60,000/year or $5000/month? If you know how to and have enough time to save $1.2 million, then do it.
