NADOHE has joined as lead plaintiff in a federal lawsuit against the Trump Administration. This lawsuit, filed today by Democracy Forward on behalf of NADOHE and several co-plaintiffs, challenges the reckless and unconstitutional executive orders signed by President Trump shortly after taking office that seek to dismantle the principles of diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility within the fabric of our federal government and beyond. Full support. This is powerful leadership. Thank you Paulette Granberry Russell, J.D. and NADOHE - National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education.
This is fantastic. Thank you for standing for for democracy, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
How sad. America the equal opportunity for all? Nadohe specifically is in opposition to that from what I see. Creating and/or forcing labels on humans who should all be created equal. Creating favoritism opportunities based on race, creed, faith? Seems quite discriminatory.
Thanks for your leadership NADOHE
No so-called civilised society with a sordid history of eugenics-based racism and class, gender and disability discrimination could see colour blindness as equitable and assume that it is counterintuitive to believe in human liberation and in the capacity of all humans for excellence, once systemic barriers are eliminated. True leadership, Paulette and NADOHE. May the Ancestors be your armour!!!
As a founding member and past President of NADOHE (2016-2020), I am immensely proud of the leadership of our association for the unequivocal affirmation of our commitment to the principles of diversity, equity and inclusion as fundamental to our vision for "justice for all." Thank you to our President and CEO, the Officers ,and Board members who are steadfast in their resolve to push on.
YES! Mass media may act as if these crimes are just being accepted. But they aren't! Thank you for your work and taking a stand.
True leadership ?? ??
Thanks for taking action!

A ratio below 1 indicates While discrimination may exist in certain contexts, these statistics don’t support the narrative of widespread systemic racism driving workforce disparities. Instead, they point to a combination of historical, educational, and economic factors that influence who holds key positions. The overrepresentation of White and Asian individuals is more likely tied to these factors, especially when Hispanic and Black representation is close to proportional or showing improvement.
