?? Exciting news ?? → Our latest AION product release now includes the gnomAD v4.1.0 data set! With the release of gnomAD v4.1.0 - which contains >800,000 individuals and a 3-fold increase in non-European individuals - we are excited that our customers that use AION for variant interpretation, will now be able to leverage the scale of gnomAD v4.1.0 and be able to: ?? Assess the frequency of variants in a larger and more diverse cohort, and therefore more confidently and accurately identify rare pathogenic variants ?? Improve the interpretation of structural variants, by using native GRCh38 data Still using GRCh37? The team here at Nostos Genomics worked hard to translate gnomAD 4.1.0 frequencies into GRCh37, so you can now consider both versions (2.1.1 & 4.1.0) in parallel for your GRCH37 analyses.
