Membrane proteins are essential for various cellular processes, including signal transduction and disease progression. Efficient and accurate screening is vital for the development of small-molecule therapeutics targeting membrane proteins. In recent years, affinity selection mass spectrometry (ASMS) has become a powerful tool for studying membrane protein-small molecule interactions and this technique has demonstrated significant potential in drug discovery and development. The ASMS platform at WuXi Biology is backed by a library of over 270,000 small molecules and offers customized screening services.
