For many of the museums and cultural organisations that we work with, finding ways to adapt to evolving audience needs represents a huge challenge. For our recent project with Ulster Museum, we prototyped bold new ways for them to engage with their local visitors so that they could establish what’s important to Belfast’s residents, and what role the museum can play in facilitating connection and cohesion in a community with deep historical divisions.
