Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in the National Multicultural Emerging Leaders Experience with Multicultural Leadership Development - YUSA It was a rewarding 3-day experience Unleashing my power as Multicultural Leader, in Virginia Beach where I learned about inclusive leadership, connected with inspiring leaders from across the country from different backgrounds and exchanged ideas on driving positive change in our communities. ??? What resonated with me most was the diversity of perspectives and the collaborative energy we all brought to the table. I am deeply grateful for this experience, which reinforces the YMCA’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Now, I’m more motivated than ever to apply what I’ve learned and continue building a more inclusive and diverse future! #homecoming #ymca #multiculralexperience
