Chubb has appointed Pritesh Modhvadia as the new Head of Talent - EMEA, responsible for overseeing talent strategies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In this role, Pritesh will lead initiatives in talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee growth to strengthen Chubb’s workforce capabilities in the region. Pritesh brings a wealth of experience in talent management, having previously served as the Group Head of Talent & Development at Howden. There, he spearheaded initiatives in Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and Learning. He also held the position of Group Head of Talent Acquisition & DEI at Howden, where he focused on building diverse talent pipelines. Before joining Howden, Pritesh spent nearly seven years at Chubb, holding key roles such as EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition and EMEA Resourcing Business Partner. After months of preparation with the #Agility2024 working group under our Representation strategy and support of our Community #BEMC we close our application window for the 2nd year of #HSBC UK CMB #Agility2024Programme for ethnic diverse colleagues. Leading the team I’m so pleased to see this year’s cohort bigger than last year. I’m really looking forward to seeing all the light bulb moments of self realisation, the growth in confidence and self belief and sharing of ideas and experiences all of which starts with understanding and learning about you. Leadership Agilities are all about having a Growth Mindset and allowing and encouraging that curiosity not only for you but helping others around you to have that same curiosity and creating that allyship. It’s about learning and listening to role models and reflecting on their experiences and considering the art of what’s possible for you. We will also have the support of executive coach Lisa ?kesson with Day workshops and we will also be providing mentoring support on a one on one basis, as part of the resources. During the quieter summer months we want to keep Agility at the forefront of our delegates minds and we will be launching ‘Agility Scholars’ with thought provoking material sent to all delegate’s to support their learning.
