I'm a superfan of this team and have been since I met Adam Rentschler back in 2017. A few reasons why: 1. Scale - with Valid Eval you can leverage as many evaluators and applicants as you'd like to include. It smart matches your SME's to the right applications and optimizes your human capital. 2. Rapid Decision Making - decisions that used to take hours, often drowning out the introverts in the room, can now be made in under an hour.
