Working as a front desk officer at the hospital, I learned the value of dedication and professionalism, one day during a busy morning, I received a call from a patient, treating her with my usual courtesy and empathy, I had no idea she was a significant figure within the organization. After our call, I continued with my day, unaware that she was very pleased with my service, later I learned she had recommended me for a vacant storekeeper position. My Medical director shared the news, and I was both humbled and thrilled. This experience taught me an important lesson, you never know how your actions might influence your future, every task, no matter how routine, can open new doors, from that day on, I dedicated myself even more to my work, knowing that excellence is always noticed, even when unexpected. Take home points: Dedication: Commitment to tasks with consistent effort. Professionalism: Essential for trust and credibility in all interactions. Empathy: Understanding and supporting others for better collaboration. Active Listening: Facilitating effective communication by attentive listening. Courtesy: Kindness and respect promote positive relationships. Efficiency: Smooth operations through effective task handling Ps: What is your experience that has paved the way for you? Please share it in the comment section.

"LIFE of an OPS Coordinator: What Does Yours Look Like? (Spoiler: No Fancy Clothes Allowed When Anything Can Pop Up!)" If you know me (personally), you know cleaning is my true passion (don't ask, it's what happens when you're the first female child ??). Anywho, nevermind… Ever notice that last line on the job description? You know the one—"Any other duties as requested..." Well, let’s just say I’m a master at going above and beyond! Even when it's someone else’s daily task to keep things tidy, guess who steps in? I can’t stand complainers, and I believe everyone deserves that one space to "offload" without distractions (or messes). So, whether it’s literally scrubbing toilets & floors and helping someone with a task on site, I make sure no detail is overlooked! In the meantime, enjoy today's snipping of "Life on site as an Ops Coordinator".???? #OpsLife #CleaningIsTherapy #AboveAndBeyond #WorkHardStayHumble #LeadershipInEveryDetail #CleaningCommercial #OfficeHumor #PPEAllDay

Ever seen a job title that looked more like a superhero alias? ??♂? I know you have, maybe you have had a title like it. Remember when "Manager" meant something? Now it's a pre/suf-fix for everything. Actually let's just go for "Director" instantly. Or "??????????", "????????????????", "??????????????",... - Sandwich Artist (Subway Employee)* - Director of First Impressions (Receptionist)* - Underwater Ceramic Technician (Dishwasher)* - Refreshments and Nutrition Supervisor (Cafeteria Worker)* - Chief [insert fancy word] Officer It's like we're playing a game of title inflation. ?? ??????? - Justifies bigger salaries. - Makes people feel important. - Sounds impressive on resumes. But let's be real. A fancy title doesn't equal impact. It's about what you do, not what you're called. Let's bring back a bit of substance over bragging. Less titles, more results. Your thoughts? ?? P.S. What is the most over the top title you ever encountered? #jobtitles #leadership #workculture #marketing #careeradvice
