What an amazing roller coaster product discovery is!! ?? Amazing and clear visual representation of how much time does it take the product discovery process to feel the Product Market Fit (PMF)! It’s eye-opening to see how long and nuanced the process can be: 2 years average from idea to PMF, and from a **working product** to PMF up to 18 months! ?? Even though PMF is often subjective - some founders and CEOs may never feel they’ve reached it, even when external observers may think they have - it’s crucial for every startup to understand this journey.
