Online training platforms are still under- rated and under-utilized. If we can provide virtual customer service then we can train our staff virtually as well. Online training can be effective if the right skills of engagement are used. People have to feel that their interaction is 1:1 with the facilitator to connect online. Hence a 2 way conversation with the right thought provoking questions and visuals combined with tonality & expressions, can give good participant focus and retention. And if the topic is so engaging like “Customer Service” then bringing out customer passion, customer centricity and pride for the organisation is a 'cake walk'. Do you relate to it?
