An important training exercise for those who assist in shelter operations and point of distribution in the event of an emergency or disaster was conducted by the #MCSONJ's Office of Emergency Management and the Monmouth County Health Department. The training was held at the #OEM warehouse and covered county emergency stockpile, shelter equipment and supplies the staff is trained on. An efficient shelter operation is the key to protecting residents who utilize them during an emergency. #SheriffGolden, OEM staff and Monmouth County Health Dept. work hard to ensure safety in the event Monmouth County #shelters need to be opened.
