“Happy National Boss’s Day to the incredible leaders who keep our company running smoothly—and keep us motivated, even when the coffee runs out! ? Our bosses and managers aren’t just amazing, they’re the backbone of our success, the ones who lead by example, inspire us daily, and somehow juggle 100 things at once without breaking a sweat (we’re still trying to figure out how they do it!)?? From guiding us through challenges to celebrating our wins, their leadership is what sets the tone for everything we do. They’re the first to step up when something needs to be done, the first to offer support when we need it, and the first to remind us that no idea is too big or small to make a difference. ?? Let’s be honest: without them, we’d probably still be stuck on that one email from last week or wondering how to handle that tricky situation that popped up. So here’s to the bosses and managers who not only lead but truly care about each and every one of us. You’re not just bosses—you’re mentors, motivators, and, most importantly, the heart of this company. We appreciate everything you do! ????????#NationalBossDay #LeadershipGoals #TeamMVPs #BossAppreciationDay

Leadership with Integrity and Courage ???? 1-1 and Team Coaching ?????? ?????? Fearless Conversations ????♀? Clarity & Focus ?? Create Momentum ?? Veteran????
"You just have to have a go at them..." Said a delegate during a training I recently facilitated. This was his example of what leadership and management was. Shouting. Micro-aggressions. Sarcasm. Put-downs. Eggshells. He told me he had never worked in a team before where everyone had been respectful or kind, or listened. How bloody sad. That an emerging leader; a bright and vibrant button with oodles of energy and new eyes to see what the older buttons could not, already believed that the way to lead and get stuff done, was simply to shout at them. Fundamentally, he is being failed. Along with many, *many* others. Leaders have to be the change they want to see. They have to walk to walk. They have to demonstrate the values, be the values... ...so that everyone within their people structures; whether at home, in the community or the workplace, can understand what is expected and what it looks like. Are you walking the walk or talking the talk? Are you the kind of leader that gravitates towards your people with warmth and appreciation? Or do you create an environment where people hover and tread softly? Do you repeat what you have seen and experienced? Or are you choosing to be the leader you needed and the one your people want? Having a go at your people is never the answer. Having a go at understanding you first is. Need help with that? You know where I am. #leadership #culture #professionals #people

Happy Boss’s Day to all the great Leaders! Introducing Lilliam P. - she’s a fierce leader who always puts our well-being first. She’s fun, easygoing, language as colourful as her hair ??, and guides us on career paths with patience (which she definitely needs with me and my no-filter tendencies). She’s created a work environment that’s not just productive but genuinely supportive. Our team has the best dynamic I’ve ever experienced, filled with friendly vibes and morning meetings that are more comedic than corporate. Great leadership isn’t about issuing orders from the top—it’s about standing alongside your people, helping them grow, and knowing when to push and when to pull back. Lilliam’s leadership has shown me just how powerful that kind of approach can be. It doesn’t just build better professionals—it makes us better people, inside and outside the office. The right leader can change everything. It’s not just about hitting targets—it’s about building trust, fostering growth, and creating a culture where people feel valued and supported. So, here’s to Lilliam! Thanks for showing us all what it means to be a true leader. ?? #BossesDay #LeadershipMatters #GratefulForGoodLeaders #TeamGoals

Talent Acquisition | Recruiting Operations | Recruiting Strategy | Advisor | Career Coach | Project Management
I often hear this question: Should management be the ones to spot high performers, or is it up to employees to make their achievements known? I believe that true talent should be recognized based on performance, not just how vocal someone is about their successes. It’s essential for leaders to create a culture where every contribution is acknowledged, allowing all team members to feel valued and motivated. If you’re passionate about your work, don’t hesitate to share your accomplishments! Advocating for yourself can be just as important as the recognition from management. Let’s celebrate and uplift each other, creating a workplace where performance truly shines. #Careers #CareerTips #CareerCoaching #CelebrateSuccess #Leadership #TalentRecognition #SelfAdvocacy #AntoniasCareerTips

Leading from Where You Stand Leadership isn’t defined by a title; it’s a mindset. Every day, each of us has the opportunity to lead—regardless of our position—by pushing ourselves to be better, by genuinely caring for others, and by recognizing the value in everyone around us. A true leader treats every person, from the intern to the CEO, with respect and recognition. This isn’t about hierarchy; it’s about building a culture where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued. When we do that, we unlock the potential of our teams, and we create an environment where everyone can thrive. Let’s be the leaders who treat people like they matter, because they do. Let’s lead with empathy, with purpose, and with an unwavering commitment to making our workplaces better every day. Lead from where you are—one genuine connection at a time. #Leadership #LeadByExample #Empathy #WorkCulture #Respect

Active Change Maker - Impactful Team Building & Sustainable/Regenerative Leadership Development Programs Inspired by Nature? - Founder Wásábi Leadership - Faculty Member McGill Executive Institute - Canada, Europe, USA
No grey zones. Just clear, compassionate boundaries. ?? One of many lessons on how nature teaches us leadership. ?? “Compassionate people ask for what they need. They say no when they need to, and when they say yes, they mean it. They're compassionate because their boundaries keep them out of resentment.” — Brené Brown This quote couldn’t be more relevant after spending incredible weeks observing Buck "onboarding" Spotlight. Two extraordinary horses. Buck, the alpha leader. Spotlight, the new team member, with a strong leadership presence. ?? During this process, they taught us the true essence of leadership: connecting, setting boundaries, recognizing individual strengths, defining new roles to contribute to the common mission, ... and—most importantly—honoring what we truly mean when we say yes or no. Watching Buck, an inspiring leader, onboard and guide others while maintaining crystal-clear boundaries was a privilege. ?? These lessons translate directly into our workplaces: strong leadership requires clarity, compassion, and the courage to set boundaries. If you want to experience how "Leadership Inspired by Nature??" can transform your organization, don’t wait to contact us. The world needs "The Right Kind of Leaders?." ?? Building Conscious Leadership through Empathy and Compassion ?? Empathy and compassion are vital for a healthy team and culture. It starts with you—practicing self-compassion first, then extending it to your senior leadership team. This leader-to-team-to-culture approach makes these values real within your company. Extend kindness to yourself and support your team. This isn't easy amid competition and performance pressure, but it begins with one person showing forgiveness and support. Just like in sports, when someone makes a mistake, it's the team's responsibility to support and focus on the goal together. Model this behavior with your managers, building a culture of empathy and compassion. A conscious leader, aware of their inner and outer world, begins with self-kindness. By giving ourselves grace, we can foster a culture of understanding and support. www.cofinityconsulting.com #Leadership #Empathy #Compassion #WorkplaceCulture #Success
