Today, I was looking into the Texas Property Code to verify the great protection it has against creditors for Qualified Savings Plans including Individual Retirement Accounts (IRA) in that they are exempt from garnishment, attachment, execution, or other seizures. I was surprised and ?? to see that the same code offers a similar protection to your specific personal property including ...
