The Secret Sauce Podcast just dropped a fire new episode about beating career burnout using the power of the "Four C's": curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and coaching. Hosts Chad and Lacey keep it real, sharing personal stories and practical tips to reignite your passion for your work. Chad kicks things off with a story about how going off-script during a presentation sparked the whole Four C's idea. He emphasizes how curiosity is like the key that unlocks self-improvement and helps you ditch that burnout feeling. Lacey jumps in to highlight how important it is to recognize where you're at in your career journey and be open to growth. Next up, they dive into how curiosity fuels creativity. Think of it like this: you learn something new (curiosity), and then you find ways to use that knowledge to level up your game (creativity). They even break down how loan officers and realtors can use this in their sales process. Basically, set aside time to brainstorm and come up with fresh ideas to boost your business. Collaboration is the third "C." The hosts talk about how connecting with others in mastermind groups or just sharing your expertise can seriously amplify your success. By helping your clients and building your network, you create a support system that everyone benefits from. Lacey drops some wisdom about redefining career stages, and both hosts stress the importance of knowledge sharing. The final "C" is coaching. This is where you become the master and guide others. It's a cycle of growth – you learn, you teach, you grow more. Coaching not only reinforces your own knowledge but also empowers others to succeed. Chad and Lacey highlight how rewarding coaching can be, both personally and professionally. Throughout the episode, the hosts keep coming back to the idea of lifelong learning. They encourage listeners to make time for learning, whether it's through podcasts, audiobooks, or whatever works for you. Lifelong learning is presented as the secret to staying engaged and fulfilled in your career. This episode is a reminder that career burnout doesn't have to be the end of the road. By embracing the Four C's – curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and coaching – you can reignite your passion, find creative solutions, and build a strong network. Coaching others not only helps them grow but also strengthens your own skills and contributes to a culture of learning and development. If you're feeling stuck in a rut, this episode of the Secret Sauce Podcast is a must-listen. It's packed with actionable advice and inspiring stories to help you overcome burnout and achieve your goals. Check out our latest episode below! ?We'd love to hear your thoughts – how are you planning to put the Four C's to work in your business? Let's talk in the comments!

One marvelous aspect to spring is warmer weather and long days, which means I/we get to walk outside more and more. Which means more time for audible stories and podcasts to instill that #growth #mindset Think of someone you look up to. They are remarkable in some way otherwise you would not have some admiration for them or the work they do. How they rise to that role - did they just wake up one day and land there? (Probably not ??) Starting with one step at a time, one failure and one win at a time. Developing #habits, growing in #grit and #knowledge daily allows you to become #remarkable over time. Oh - and It’s not your own growth mindset either - your work environment matters too! Take a listen - https://lnkd.in/g3AJqrr9

I'm loving the "Coach Up" series from Clay Skipper, Brad Stulberg, and Steve Magness at The Growth Equation. The episodes are ~10 minutes long and give you a nice kernel to chew on for the rest of the day. This morning's episode summarizes a convo with full-on endurance badass Rebecca Rusch, focusing on the power of the beginner's mindset. Clay wraps up the pod with a quote from John Kabat-Zinn that is 100% simple to understand and 1000% difficult to execute. "The next time you see somebody who is familiar to you, ask yourself if you are seeing this person with fresh eyes, as he or she really is, or if you are only seeing the reflection of your own thoughts about this person, and your feelings as well. Try it with your children, your spouse, friends, and coworkers, and even with your dog or cat if you have one. Try it with problems when they arise. Try it when you are outdoors in nature. Are you able to see the sky, the stars, the trees, the water, and the rocks as they are right now, with a clear and uncluttered mind? Or are you actually seeing them only through the veil of your own thoughts, opinions, and emotions?" Full pod here: https://lnkd.in/eCq_JVHb
