Despite our team's tireless efforts and significant technological achievements, we find ourselves evaluating the best path forward to allow this important technology to be further developed which has led to the decision to terminate many of our employees. The past few years have been both inspiring and humbling. We built groundbreaking technologies and assembled an extraordinary team of talented professionals who have poured their hearts and souls into our mission. Our technology works, and it works well. However, as we began our commercial launch, we encountered an unprecedented and challenging financial funding market for tools companies that has proved insurmountable given our cash runway. Simply put, we ran out of time. An immediate priority is supporting our outstanding team members as they transition to new opportunities. We are actively asking our network to connect our associates with companies that will benefit from their exceptional skills and dedication. These individuals represent some of the finest talent in our industry, and we are confident they will continue to make remarkable contributions wherever their careers take them.
