Newsweek published its annual rankings for the Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces? list, with Mohegan ranked 77. The results were determined after surveying more than two million team members from businesses with workforces varying in size from 30 to over 10,000. The list recognizes companies that center respect, caring and appreciation for their employees in their business models and, in doing so, have earned the loyalty of their employees. “At Mohegan, we relentlessly focus on creating a dynamic and inclusive environment where our team members feel valued and motivated," said Patricia Smith, Mohegan’s Chief People Officer. We had the chance to sit down with Brett and dive into his insights, experiences, and vision. ?? ? What is your favorite memory of Network One? ? Setting up the office was a leap of faith, and while I hoped it would all come together, witnessing it happen has been an unforgettable experience.?Each visit reminds me just how remarkable our team is; our culture reflects their efforts, and we wouldn't be where we are today without them. ? Where do you see our future? ? Our growth has been so rapid that it’s hard to predict exactly where the future will take us—but I feel we are just getting started. I envision a company that keeps fostering our culture, the strong friendships within our team, and the success we deliver to the organisations we support. ? What aspects of the organisation make you proud to work here? ? We were fortunate to start with a solid foundation under the leadership of Katherine Gardner and Tyrone J-me Bolibol, CPA. With their guidance, we’ve developed outstanding supervisors and managers in the organisation who continue to strengthen and become part of our leadership team. Watching them grow together fills me with pride in their intelligence, the support they give each other, and their exceptional talent.
