As someone who has worked within the recruitment industry for over 25 years, I can confidently confirm that recruitment is a full-time job, which means that if you are not a recruitment consultant, but trying to hire people for your business, then that activity of recruiting will be taking you away from the role that you should (and most likely would like to) be carrying out instead.
