This is interesting insight from Gary. He’s focused on how it feels to complete a project and compare that with winning a trophy. I agree with those sentiments, although I have not won the premier league! The difference for me is the best win in business, is when on completion of a piece of work, all party’s feel like they’ve won and got what they wanted from the deal, event, project etc. In sport, winning can often leave another party feeling low because they’ve lost and whilst that’s the way it is, it is definitely not the best way of doing business. Win Win every time.
