PROJECT | THE LIGHTHOUSE ? In the creation of The Lighthouse, we have conceived a space where fantasy and imagination intertwine with the essence of the sea and its stories. Inspired by nautical architectures, sea creatures and myths surrounding the ocean, we have given shape to a lighthouse turned into a playground. Located in the heart of Diagonal Mar, The Lighthouse not only aims to be a place of entertainment, but also to offer a complete experience, beyond the simple act of playing, where each visit becomes a journey into the unknown. The Lighthouse invites little adventurers to conquer its heights. Through an internal climb, they can reach the top and slide down the thrilling slide that winds its way down. But this park is not just a physical challenge, it is also a portal to imaginary worlds, where every corner is steeped in stories to be discovered. Every detail has been carefully designed to stimulate children's creativity and curiosity; every element of The Lighthouse invites you to immerse yourself in a world of fantasy. They can act as: ??Gathering Spaces ??Architectural Focal Points ??Visual and Spatial Interest In our project, Sona University Centre and Library Block, we have created a stepped casual seating from wood. The tiered or elevated steps act as reading nooks or discussion zones, offering patrons unique and comfortable spaces for individual study or group conversations. The quality of the #openspaces is almost more important for the city than the buildings themselves. It is the space where people spend time and come together. If this in-between space has no quality, if people don't feel comfortable in public spaces, then no urban district will emerge.
