Giannis, “Every day I fail to crush my to-do list, it's a gut punch to my ego.” “I end up feeling a total zero, useless, fraud.” Last week, I had a networking call with Maria and those are her words. This is called “The self-leadership lament.” Your to-do list: ? A bunch of chaos. ? An Everest. ? Endless. Your undone tasks: ? A rich life. ? Sign of full plate. ? Proof of busyness. Self-confidence shouldn't hinge on completion. But on effort. On progress. On the journey. Here’s what I write down every night: 1. 3 things I did well. 2. Celebrate those. 3. No regrets. End each day with appreciation. Build your confidence on achievements. Not on the never-ending. Cause if you don't buy into your own hype, why the hell should anyone else? And remember: Rome wasn't built in a day. And neither is your greatness. P.S. These are my “yeahhh babies” of yesterday. What’s your 1 “yeah baby” of today?
