Enjoyed listening to Sputnik ATX VC alumni Deep Barot on this podcast. Great advice to start up founders on what to think about before you start your own company - most of you are terrific at what you do already, and at top of your field. You are taking a more difficult path when you become a CEO of a start up: exhilarating -yes, but much more challenging. It will require you to grow and re-invent yourself on the regular basis. I have personally seen Deep Barot do this multiple times, and his success and growth are the testament to that. Thank you Alex Astafyev for a great conversation. ContextQA is a fantastic AI based solution to make your world of QA better, faster and less expensive. If you are not exploring it in your dev work you should be asking yourself "why not". And I just want to add #deeponthehorse - if you know, you know :)

On the Hyperengage podcast, we sat down with Tony Tom, CEO and Co-founder of Produx AI, to dive into the challenges companies face as they scale. It's definitely true that in the early days of a startup, it’s all about doing the things that don’t scale—being hands-on, gathering customer feedback, and nailing the initial product experience. But once you get it right, that’s when scaling introduces complexities like siloed teams and the need for seamless tool integrations. As businesses grow, founders face strategic decisions around integrating tools to ensure unified data access. As Tony pointed out, the real complexity comes from making those integrations work smoothly to support long-term growth. This stage is crucial, and making smart choices about data unification becomes non-negotiable. At the end of the day, nailing your product first, then scaling it with the right systems is key. #ScalingTeams #DataStrategy #ProductManagement #HyperengagePodcast #TonyTom #ProduxAI #GTM #CustomerSuccess
