I am also voting for nuclear medicine to get vaporized, as in go back to the mainland. I want to go home to guam with no nuclear medicine or nuclear submarines. For healthcare I think 'preventive medicine' is best... that is maintaining your health so as to avoid the doctor or pills. And also home first, as opposed to health first policies (california vs new york drugs). I think the rate of real estate for residential housing will grow much healthier (so to speak), and hopefully faster than the current hospital real estate growth rate (new york has sooo much more hospitals now, but also an increase in housing problems. I think there is an inverse relationship here with residential housing vs hospital real estate). Honestly, new york is not that old or handicapped. There are over 4 to 5 million who take the subway daily and you cannot be that handicapped or elderly if you take the subway. They have no elevators in most of their stations and at least 2 stories of stairs in every station. Not to mention the crowds, aggressive persons, water/ice/puddle problems, people falling onto the tracks, etc. No elevators in new york is outrageous.... their buildings are so high (up to 103 stories tall). Public housing is averaging at 20 stories tall. so no elevators is a hazard.
