Coaching clients (in the nicest possible way) can be like buses, many arriving at once and then concluding their sessions with me at the same time. After a very busy start to the year, several of my coaching programmes are coming to a natural end over coming weeks. So I currently have availability to take on a few more 1-1 clients. Writing a proposal to design and deliver a group coaching programme for senior leaders; I was asked to provide some evidence of outcomes, so hastily reached out to previous clients to ask for their help with testimonies.
