One habit that’s really helped my mental well-being is changing up my scenery. With the days getting shorter, I’ve found that spending time outside the house, whether it’s at a cozy coffee shop or a quiet park, it makes a huge difference. This little change gives me fresh energy and a mental reset, especially when being at home starts feeling too routine. Just a small shift in environment can be incredibly refreshing.
Meal prepping for the next day & adding a special snack I look forward to eating. Since I use calendar blocking at work, I've started using it in my personal life to block off time for the things I enjoy, like catching up on a new TV show.
