Managers, are you working on increasing team psychological safety? Start a meeting this week by asking everyone to check in with a single word to describe how they are feeling today. Do NOT discuss the words. Giving people space to voice their honest answers will increase a sense of trust and belonging. #StigmaFreeWorkplace #stigmafree

?? Honored and grateful to Keiser University Keiser University Graduate School and Psi Chi for the invitation to speak on the importance of Mental Health in the Workplace at their recent conference, “Why Mental Health Matters: Thriving at Work”. It’s a privilege to be recognized for bringing value to this critical conversation and to engage with students and faculty on how mental well-being drives both personal and professional growth. ?? I look forward to many more conversations across the Broward County community and beyond+++, creating workplaces where leaders “walk the talk” when it comes to mental health and wellness. If your organization is interested in having me present, speak, or train on this essential topic, feel free to DM me for a virtual coffee! ?? Let’s make a real difference together.
