Things that always seem to happen: 1.??????You pull into your garage, just as your favorite song comes on. 2.??????You come out of your hotel room and turn the wrong way to go to the elevator. And do it every time. 3.??????You’re at a trade show or symposium and your badge attached to the lanyards is always facing backwards, no matter which way you turn it. 4.??????You’re in your hotel shower and turn the dial to find the hot, but only find cold. 5.??????You’re watching two sporting events on TV, simultaneously, switching back and forth and every time one has a commercial so does the other. 6.??????You’re at a red light, ?look at your phone to text, light turns instantly green.

SHOT Show kicks off in Las Vegas tomorrow and is set to span more than 830,000 net square feet and feature more than 2,800 exhibitors. If you’re in Any industry and want to focus on the customer experience I suggest checking Encircle out. They have the very best user experience, suite of resources, customer support, a cool free app that not enough restoration companies are using to OWN direct from consumer residential work, and the “styling” of everything they do from colors and fonts and website interactivity and webinars and follow up is absolutely right behind “cutting edge” which means all of it works. If you want to get an education on how your client should feel ,honestly even if you didn’t need the app in your industry it would be well worth it for you to have for a year to study them. Job managing apps in restoration vary so much with the varying needs of contractors so I won’t pinpoint which ones are “the best”, but you will not find any better stack of customer centric layout than Encircle has. *and if you find one share it below or DM me so I can study it, industry and niche doesn’t matter. I'll be at Black Hat, sometimes at our booth and definitely at this happy hour. I'm planning on giving a short talk at the booth about using threat intel to assess vendor control statements but maybe I'll have to switch it up and talk about black swan events.
