When’s the best time to fight a price objection? BEFORE the client asks for a lower price early in the investigation phase of the sales cycle. Reassure prospects that you offer top quality by giving them real examples and great stories supporting it. Tell them “The biggest challenge you have is convincing clients that you don’t offer discounts because in the end the buyers who purchase your products want excellent quality and sales service for a FAIR price based on value. They feel it’s really not what you PAY for a product or service, it’s what you GET with the investment.” In the past 13 years, I’ve never heard a price objection because I handle them before they occur.
